There are number of reasons why your emails might not be able to reach you. In this self-help article, we've listed the most common problems why you might not be receiving emails:
- You might be probably using a 3rd part DNS provider like Cloudflare for example. In that case, add an MX record with the following value: mx.stackmail.com - Within a few hours of adding this record, you'll start receiving your emails.
- Your email account is out of space. Cross-check how much space you have left and delete unnecessary emails if needed.
- If you're using an email client, perhaps the IMAP or POP3 imports are not configured in the right way. Our support team can help you troubleshoot with this if needed.
