If your website is showing 500 Internal Server errors, we strongly recommend you to enable display errors PHP derivative inside your control panel to proceed further with the troubleshooting.
In order to do so, once you login to your hosting control panel, you have to scroll down, and under the Web tools section, you'll find an option called PHP Configuration. Click on it.
More probably, the display error derivative will be set to be disabled. Click on enable and then hit on Update PHP Configuration button underneath the page.
Hard refresh your problematic page on your browser (Ctrl+F5) to see the error.
