As per our TOS, You're not bound with any kind of contracts unless you buy a product which specifically states something like "6 Months contract". Normally, all our web hosting, cloud hosting, VPS hosting & dedicated server packages are sold under the no-contract category. There are two types of cancellation of the product depending on whether it's on-Contract or no-Contract

In case of a No-Contract Product:

  • Create a Support Ticket requesting cancellation.
  • One of our account managers will review your request and approve it manually.
  • Once approved, Your product and it's associated add-ons, invoices, quotes, etc., will be marked as canceled and you'll not be charged for the service anymore.
  • If eligible for a Refund (and If you have requested a Refund) under Money-Back Policy, You'll be given a refund within 14 working days. (Note: Refunds are provided only for Cloud Hosting and Web Hosting plans).


In the case of an On-Contract product:

  • The cancellation of contracted products is possible only when the contract ends.
  • For instance, let's say you contracted a Cloud hosting service for 3 years and you have agreed to pay for the same on an annual basis, the cancellation is only possible when all dues are paid and only once the accounts are settled as per the contract.
  • For this, Kindly create a support ticket with the Sales Team.
